All sales are final
We do not accept returns of opened or used product. Once a vial has left our control we cannot verify its storage or handling, and we will not resell it to another researcher. We do stand behind what we ship.
When we refund or replace
We will refund or replace an order in any of the following cases:
- The order arrived visibly damaged in transit
- The wrong product or wrong size was shipped
- The product is defective or fails our stated quality standard
- The order has not been delivered within 14 business days of shipment
How to make a claim
Email orders@aletheiapeptides.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where relevant. We respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered processing it cannot be cancelled.
