Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern process the following business day.
Destinations and rates
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
- Flat rate shipping — $65.00 on every order, to any address in the USA or Canada.
- Free shipping on orders of $500.00 or more.
The rate is the same for both countries. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the order total reaches the threshold.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the materials ordered may lawfully be imported and held in their jurisdiction.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report any loss or damage to orders@aletheiapeptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier. See Refunds & Returns for what happens next.
